Pinoy Basketball of Qatar (PIBAQ) organizes basketball tournaments for all ages and skill levels. PIBAQ also develops the Filipino youth in Qatar through its Junior Falcons program aimed in training the individual skills of children as they prepare for competitive basketball in the years to come. PIBAQ is also tasked to develop and organize the referees academy and coaches academy program for the Filipinos. It regularly conducts licensing and refresher courses for game officials which provides additional knowledge and livelihood that will benefit them even when they repatriate. PIBAQ works closely with the Qatar Basketball Federation as it supports the basketball program for our community. It also cooperates with the Philippine Embassy in Qatar in an advisory level in helping the community as a whole in terms of sports development.
