The Pinoy Slammers won over the undermanned Al Heen who missed the services of their playing coach, Eugene Reyno and top gunner, Reagan Catibog. Knowing their advantage in numbers, the Pinoy Slammers leaned on their running game to tire Al Heen early and kept a double digit lead throughout the game. Al Heen tried to keep up with the Slammers but the closest that they can get is within 9. Arnel Gomez was chosen as the Player of the Game with 12 points while Al Heen’s Kenneth Comia scored a game high of 19 points.

In the other Small Ball A semifinal game, Lakay beat SNC Lavalin by 3, 69-66 and will face Pinoy Slammers in the bracket A finals. The bracket B action saw 3rd seed, Knights of Bright Way upset 2nd seed, Jammers-Herbalife with a final score of 73-63. While bracket B leader, Bukse proved to be dominant in eliminating Tuesday Hoopers with a 66-45 drubbing.

In the bracket A of the Inter Company Division, Protech Solutions escaped with a 54-53 win over Al Ali Engineering. Wizara outlasted KEO in the stretch to win 71-65. Bracket B also had its share of cardiac game with Ooredoo surviving a scare from Aero Technical with a 68-67 victory. The other bracket B game saw depending champion, Aktor showing Ezdan Mall that they are the team to beat with a resounding 84-68 win.

In the Rising Division, Tausug bombarded Al Heen from outside to win 81-69, One Love dominated over Doha Pirates 83-45 and Skydive Qatar overcame a shaky first half to triumph over Warrior Cats for a final score of 67-56.

The lone game for the Inter Province Division saw the Visayas Agilas win over Pangasinan, 77-68. While in the Women’s Division, the Phenom Ballers Qatar won convincingly with a 48-17 victory over Balleros.
