Ooredoo pushed KEO to a game 3 winner take all and was the aggressive team in the beginning as they established a double digit in the second quarter, carrying the momentum from their game 2 win. KEO sensed the urgency to recover in time as they asserted their inside game dominance to narrow the gap by just 7 going into the half.
In the second half of action, KEO tightened their defense as they pressured Ooredoo ball handlers and made it difficult for team skipper Sajid Padilla to maneuver around their defense. KEO never lost sight of their enemies as they steadily kept Ooredoo within reach, they played tenacious defense and waited for the right time to attack and finally grabbed the lead with only under 3 minutes remaining in the game. From then on, KEO controlled the game as they handed Ooredoo a 4 point loss with the final score at 62-58. Derrick Manalo was chosen as Finals MVP.
The Mythical Five Awards were given to Jerome Villena of KEO, Erivan Tan of Wizara, Edgardo Sy of Aktor, Junail Anobre and Adrian Valdez of Ooredoo. The Inter Company 24th Conference MVP award went to Adrian Valdez of Ooredoo who was also chosen as the Most Defensive Player of the Conference. The Best Coach of the Conference Award was given to Anton Cruz of Ooredoo.
